One of the nutritional assets of brown algae lies in its richness in calcium, as well as in fibre . Its protein content is very interesting, as is its iron content.

 

The seaweed brings an iodized taste to the noodles .

 

Use: Pour boiling water into a bowl and immerse the noodles for 3 minutes. Drain the noodles and season with soy sauce and sesame oil. Depending on your preferences, you can add chilli paste, vegetables, meat or fish.

 

Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
