TITLE I – GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
The General Conditions of Use and Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to the use of the services and technological tools made available to Customers by the Seller.
3. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
3.1. Creation of the Customer Account
To use the Website, and before the first order, the Customer must create a Customer Account and accept the General Conditions of Use and Sale (by clicking on “create my account”).
The Customer acknowledges being at least 18 (eighteen) years old on the day of the creation of the Customer Account, and having the capacity required to contract and acquire the Products offered on the Website.
The creation of a customer account on the Website and the acquisition of Products are strictly reserved for consumers or non-professionals, for their personal needs, which the Customer declares and acknowledges when using the Website.

In the event of loss of the password, the Customer may click on the "forgotten password" section and enter his email address in order to receive a new password on the email address associated with the Customer Account.
The Customer undertakes to keep these codes confidential and refrains from disclosing them to any person whatsoever.
The Customer is solely responsible for the use of these codes and for access to the Website, unless there is proof of fraudulent use which cannot be attributed to him. Any fraudulent use of these codes of which the Customer is aware must immediately be notified in writing to the Seller.
3.4. Deactivation of the Customer Account
In the event of non-compliance with the General Conditions of Use and Sale by the Customer, the Seller reserves the right to temporarily or permanently interrupt its access, without notice or compensation.
Any Customer wishing to deactivate his Customer Account must make a request by email to the Seller's Customer Service (email address referred to in Article 2 hereof) which will deactivate the Customer Account within a maximum period of 7 (seven) days from receipt of this email.
4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 amended by Law No. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018, it is recalled that the personal data requested from the Customer is necessary for the processing of his order and the establishment of invoices. , notably.
